About the Founder
Hi, I’m Gianna.
Food has always been how I experience culture, connect with people, and celebrate life. I grew up watching my mom cook and bake everything from scratch, soft breads, homemade meals, and everyday staples made with intuition, care, and real ingredients. Those early moments taught me that great food doesn’t need shortcuts or artificial fillers. It needs heart, flavor, and integrity.
Years later, after cooking and traveling through different regions and cuisines, I realized the shortcuts on store shelves didn’t capture the flavors I loved. They were bland, overly processed, or complicated without reason. So I started crafting my own sauces and blends at home, inspired by the dishes that made me fall in love with food around the world, and eventually expanded into creating modern, clean-label bakery mixes rooted in the techniques I learned from my mom.
What began as a passion project has grown into FlavorDrop Kitchen™ and SmartBakery™ — a way to bring authentic global flavors, clean-label innovation, and effortless cooking into everyday homes. My goal has always been simple: To empower anyone to make real, vibrant, gourmet dishes in minutes, using ingredients they can trust.
